By purchasing the product you agree to follow the use and installation instructions carefully when installing and using the NOVAWARE products. Failure to follow these instructions may cause damage to the product or cause injury if used or installed improperly.

The product should be permanently affixed to a solid surface with the supplied mounting fixtures and in accordance with the installation instructions. The use of other affixation methods may be unsafe and result in serious injury or damage to property. This product is not a toy and should not be installed or used by persons under the age of 18. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is installed in a place that cannot be accessed by persons under the age of 18 and is used in a safe manner at all times.

This product is for household use and is not intended for use in commercial applications or public spaces.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability shall be limited to repair of the product, replacement of the product or a refund of its purchase price.

You agree to assume all risks relating to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the product and agree to indemnify and hold IPC Importing Pty Ltd (ABN 78 636 793 863) harmless from any and all claims brought by a person or entity against it or its representatives related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the product.
